CHAPTER 10 PRINTING MAPS
10.1 The Print Function
You can print the map s and set-up information to a file or p rinters that accept IBM emulation
mode, such as IBM compatible dot matrix printers (consult your printer manual). The Print
function should work with other IBM compatible printers, but some special characters such as
°, ±, etc. may not p rint correctly .
If you experience difficulties with printing directly to a printer, try printing to a text file and
use a third p arty text editor to p rint this file.
To access the Print Option p ress Alt O to op en the Options menu then scroll to the Print
ECU Information menu item and press enter.
The system will p resent you with op tions on which data you wish to p rint. There are four
options. Their meanin g is as follows:
Set-up Information
This will print only the set-up pages (ie. Fuel and M ain p ages).
Maps
This option prints all the maps in the sy stem (Fuel, Coolant and Air temperature) as
tables of text.
Output Options
This function will p rint the current settings and the status of the outp ut op tions of the
ECU. (Turbo Wastegate).
Print All Information
This will print all of the above information
The system will ask for a name to p rint at the top of the p rinted outp ut. This allows y ou to
differentiate between print-outs if you have printed more than one set of maps. The name can
be up to ten characters in length. Type in the name and press Enter (

The system pauses to allow you to set up the printer. If you do not want to print you can
leave the print function by pressing

}, pressing any other key starts the printing. Before you
start printing the printer must be ONLINE and must have power and paper. Once the printing
has started you can abort the printing by pressing
